Colleen Bender, APRN, CRNAFounder & InjectorColleen became Registered Nurse in 2006 after graduating from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. An Army Veteran, she learned to overcome adversity and see the beauty in all situations. Her desire to achieve the highest level of care lead her to pursue a Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia and become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in 2015.
Colleen provides anesthesia at local area hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and offices. She works closely with some of the best Plastic Surgeons on the NH Seacoast and beyond. While her love of nursing and anesthesia continue she has a growing passion for aesthetics and cosmetics. By becoming a professionally trained aesthetic injector Colleen is able further enhance the wellbeing of those around her and empower them to become their best. Julia Young, RN, CCRN, TCRNCertified Nurse InjectorAfter graduating from NHTI in 2021, Julia began working as a registered nurse at Portsmouth Regional Hospital's Intensive Care Unit, where she fell in love with critical care medicine. Her passion for health, fitness, and wellness led her to aesthetics at Skin Nectary. She holds her professional certification in injectables and enjoys helping people feel their best self and discover new ways to love who they are. Julia is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Family & Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the University of South Alabama and is excited to grow in her experience and knowledge.

Tegan Dougherty, RNCertified Nurse InjectorTegan graduated from Simmons College in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She started her career as a medical-surgical nurse and did travel nursing in Boston for 2 years. In 2020, she made the switch to the operating room where she enjoyed working in plastic surgery. She became intrigued by the medical aesthetic side of nursing, which drove her to train in neurotoxins and become a certified injector. Her goal is to provide personalized care to her clients and have them leaving feeling and looking their best.
